The school has a tie up with AXIS Bank, Virar Branch for collection of school fees as per the rules given below:-

The Fee Paying Book is compulsory for paying the school fees. This Fee Book is non-transferable. Fill in all the particulars, specially the General Admission Number.

The tuition fee will be collected quarterly basis as per the schedule given. (Till 10th in school office and after that AXIS Bank, Virar Branch).
•
The parents/guardians have the option to pay the fees either by cash or cheque at the school office counter between 10.00 am and 01.30 pm from Monday to Friday and between 10.00 am & 12.00 noon on Saturdays.

After the above mentioned date the school office will not accept the fees, the bank would accept the fees at the AXIS Bank, Virar Branch, Gokul Bldg., Opp. Petrol Pump, Agashi Road, Virar(W).
•
Cheques must be drawn in favour of “Muljibhai Mehta International School”. The name of the student, Grade/section, rolls no. and telephone number should be written on the reverse side of the cheque. In case any cheque is dishonoured due to any reason, such cases will be liable for disciplinary/legal action and a penalty of Rs. 150/- will be levied.

Outstation cheques will be not accepted.
•
Last date for depositing the fee charges for each quarter is 10th June 10th Sep. 10th Dec and for the month of March is on 10th March respectively. No reminder will be sent for the same.

A late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged if fees are paid between 10th and 20th of the due month and Rs. 100/- if paid between 21st to 30th /31st of the due month and thereafter re-admission fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged. No applications with regard to omission of fine will be entertained. Parents are requested not to approach the Principal regarding late fee.

If a student fails to pay the school fees for 30 days from the due date, his/her name will be struck off from the school’s register. The child will then have to be re-admitted after seeking approval from the Principal, having made full payment of the school fees and fine.

Students will not be ordinarily allowed to appear for any test or examination unless all dues are cleared. In case of non payment of fees, the child’s result will be withheld for the said examination.
•
In case of loss of the Fee book, the School Office should be informed immediately. A new Fee Book will then be issued on the payment of Rs. 100/-.
•
Overwriting of any sort in the fee book will make it invalid and such cases, will not be accepted.
•
Please pay the school fees in time to avoid any inconvenience.
