Working Days
The number of working days including examination days shall not be less than 212 days in an academic year. The school will generally observe a five day week and the hours of work are as follows: Stds I to XII - 08:10 a.m. to 03:55 p.m.
Office Hours
The visiting hours are
Monday to Friday 08.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
 
1. PERMITS FOR CHILDREN TO GO OUT OF SCHOOL
The annual fixtures list will give information about the dates when parents may take their children out.
 
2. EXIT PERMIT
No child may go out, even with his parents, without the written permit signed by the Principal.
 
3. CORRESPONDENCE
The School authorities have the right to look into any correspondence to or from the students.
 
4. VACCINATION
The School authorities have the right to get a pupil inoculated/vaccinated without any reference to the parents. For this reason, at the time of admission, parents must make sure that the medical report contains full and clear information about a child's allergies, etc. to any drug or medicine.
 
5. MEDICINES
There is a fixed yearly charge for all ordinary medicines that may be required. The cost of patent medicines, tonics, etc. prescribed by the school doctor will be borne by the parents.
